Unfortunately, explaining technical details and concretely demonstrating our expertise is not always easy in an online context. That said, we can assure you that our team includes professionals who have worked for some of the top tech companies and datacenters in Italy, and they are ready to support and guide you on your innovation journey. There is a legal office but no operational office, why?
At the moment, the LaPlas team works entirely in a full-remote mode. We believe that freedom of movement and flexibility for our employees and collaborators is essential for their productivity and satisfaction. However, we do not rule out the possibility of opening an operational office in the future, should there be employees who prefer an office-oriented approach. Flexibility will always be a core part of our company culture.
There is no portfolio or mention of your clients, why?
We don't want to display the typical 'badges' with our clients' logos on the website; we believe it's more of a marketing strategy than a true testament to our value. However, during our conversations, we would be happy to share our work experiences and tell you about the projects we've worked on. Just ask!
The website is nice, but there’s no mention of environmental sustainability. Why?
At LaPlas, we focus more on ethics towards people, but that doesn’t mean we overlook the environment. In our choices, we rarely opt for high environmental impact solutions; instead, we tend to prefer more sustainable options. For example, choosing to use cloud services hosted in self-sustaining data centers is part of this mission. We believe that a responsible approach towards both people and the planet can go hand in hand.
